Our standard MOQ is 1 Full Container Load (FCL) — approximately 20–25 MT for a 20ft container. Sample orders from 200 kg are available for new buyers.

What are your payment terms for B2B export?
Our standard terms are 30% T/T advance with 70% against scan Bill of Lading. L/C (Letter of Credit) from reputed international banks is also accepted.
What is the lead time from order to shipment?
Standard production and loading lead time is 15–21 business days from order confirmation. Transit time depends on the destination port (4–6 days to UAE, 18–22 days to UK/USA).
Do you provide ISPM-15 certified packing?
Yes. All Luxora Stone wooden pallets and crates are heat-treated and ISPM-15 certified, complying with phytosanitary requirements for USA (USDA APHIS), Australia (DAFF), EU, and all GCC countries.
