General & Ordering
Who is Luxora Stone?
Luxora Stone is a premier B2B manufacturer and exporter of decorative pebbles, cobbles, terrazzo aggregates, marble chips, and quartz products located in Morbi, Gujarat, India.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order quantity for international export is 1 Full Container Load (20ft FCL), carrying approximately 20 to 27 Metric Tons depending on target port weight limits. We support mixed-product containers.
Can we request physical stone samples before ordering?
Yes, we ship sample boxes via international express courier (DHL/FedEx) to verified B2B buyers and importers worldwide.
Packaging & Private Labeling
What packaging options do you offer?
We offer 10kg, 20kg, 25kg UV-stabilized plastic polybags, 1000kg heavy-duty jumbo super sacks, and ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden pallets.
Do you offer private label printing for our brand?
Yes, we provide full contract OEM packaging, printing your custom logo, brand name, barcodes, and multi-language product specifications directly on polybags or retail display boxes.
Shipping & Export Logistics
Which port do you ship from?
We ship primarily from Mundra Port (INMUN) and Kandla Port (INKND) in Gujarat, India—just 180 km from our Morbi processing plant.
What shipping terms do you accept?
We offer flexible international shipping terms including FOB (Mundra Port), CIF (Destination Port), and CFR (Cost & Freight).
What documentation is provided with container exports?
Every shipment includes a Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), and ISPM-15 Phytosanitary Fumigation Certificate.
Payment Terms
What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard payment terms are 30% advance deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) upon proforma invoice confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance payable upon presentation of scanned Bill of Lading copy. Confirmed Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) are also accepted for large contracts.
